Glean is a trading name of Sonocent, LLC. The official registered name of the company remains as Sonocent, however we are now trading as Glean. If this changes, we will communicate well in advance and take all precautions to minimise any disruption. All our agreements will continue without interruption.
Does this change affect our contracts or agreements?Īt the moment, we haven’t changed our legal name so this will not trigger any changes to contracts or a need to go back to procurement.
We just believe that our new name is more representative of our vision for the future and this is the next step in our journey.
We still have the same values and will still be extremely focused on our relationships with people, product quality and customer care. There’s been no major change to management or ownership. No, we’re exactly the same people we’ve always been. Is this part of a take over or change in management? The Sonocent Audio Notetaker brand will remain only as long as Sonocent Audio Notetaker is maintained and supported. We will continue to refer to our legacy product as Sonocent Audio Notetaker but we will now be referring to the company as Glean and all our future products and packages will be part of the Glean platform and product suite. So we’re making the commitment to become Glean. We believe the Glean platform, and the Glean brand, better supports our vision than Sonocent.
